Autonomy builds tomorrow

Practical tools for independent sellers

Two products that show you your real profit after every platform fee — built and sold by the people who run this shop.

Tenvia is a small, operator-owned shop. We sell two products today — the Etsy Profit + Bookkeeping Kit ($29) and the Digital Product Seller OS for Notion ($39) — and we're building free resources next: a weaving guide and an opening-watch feed. Everything we make is a tracking tool, not financial advice, and we never promise income or results: the numbers belong to you, and our job is to make them easy to see.

The products

Two tools, both live on Etsy and Gumroad

Full descriptions on the Products page — written from the actual delivered files, never from marketing copy.

Product 1 · Google Sheets + Excel

$29

Etsy Profit + Bookkeeping Kit

A workbook that tracks every Etsy order, calculates Etsy's fees per order, and shows your real profit per order, per product, per month.

  • 8 tabs — Dashboard, Orders Import, Fees, Per-SKU Profit, COGS & Inventory, Tax Summary, Settings, Start Here
  • Fees auto-calculated per order from Etsy's published September 2026 rates, with every rate editable in Settings
  • Paste your Etsy CSV — 1,000 rows pre-wired, step-by-step instructions included
  • One .xlsx file — instant download, runs in Google Sheets and Excel

A tracking tool, not tax advice. It is not tax or accounting software, it doesn't include bank reconciliation, and it doesn't connect to Etsy automatically — you paste the CSV.

Product 2 · Notion workspace

$39

Digital Product Seller OS (Notion)

A Notion workspace for digital-product sellers, built around one loop: make → launch → sell → publish.

  • Product Pipeline + Launch Tracker — status board, priority, price, and per-launch sales rollups
  • Income Log with fee calculator — one row per sale; Etsy and Gumroad rates verified September 2026, all editable
  • Content Calendar — everything you publish, linked to the product it sells
  • Monthly Review — a 15-minute, 10-question ritual; needs a free Notion account and about 30 minutes to set up

A template, not software. Nothing auto-syncs — you enter each sale by hand (about 20 seconds per row). No bank feed, no tax filing; the Net figure is after platform fees, before your own costs and taxes.

In the works

More coming

Free resources in the works — none of these are published yet, and we won't publish them until they're genuinely ready.

Weaving guide

A free, source-cited guide to looms, spinning wheels, and getting started with fiber arts. Draft articles are written; they publish here after this site launches.

Opening-watch feed

A free feed of pending business-license applications from official state open-data portals (Texas and New York, starting with liquor licenses). In development.

When the weaving guide, the opening-watch feed, or the next product ships, we'll send one short email. No spam, no invented stats — just launches.

Signup isn't connected yet: this form has no backend, so submitting it won't send you anything. We will wire it to a real mailing provider soon.

Intelligent systems, real-world impact

Who runs this

Tenvia is a small, independent shop: developers in Ontario, Portugal, and Nepal, plus an AI crew of five agents running the day-to-day. Sofia leads content and support, Marco captains the operation, Ivan builds, Ravi verifies, Mina tracks. Real people, real agents, no invented backstory — and nothing ships until it is tested and working.

Our products are tracking tools, not financial advice. Nothing we sell is tax, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing here promises income, profits, or results.
