Etsy Profit + Bookkeeping Kit

What it is
A Google Sheets + Excel workbook (one .xlsx file, instant
download) that tracks every order, calculates Etsy's fees per order,
subtracts your costs, and shows your real profit — per order, per
product, per month.
What's inside (8 tabs)
- Dashboard — pick a month: orders, units, gross sales, shipping, total fees, COGS, net profit, margin, a year-to-date table, and your top 5 products by net profit
- Orders Import — paste your Etsy "Order Items" CSV here (1,000 rows pre-wired; step-by-step instructions included)
- Fees — auto-calculated per order using Etsy's published September 2026 rates: listing fee, 6.5% transaction fee, payment processing, Offsite Ads (12%/15%), regulatory operating fee, currency conversion — every rate editable in Settings

What it does NOT do — honestly
- It is not tax or accounting software, and it is not tax advice — it's a tracking tool.
- It doesn't connect to Etsy automatically: you copy-paste your CSV (a one-click importer is planned for a future version).
- It doesn't include bank reconciliation.

You need a free Notion account (no paid plan required) and about 30 minutes to set it up.

- The Net figure is revenue after platform fees — before your own costs and taxes.
- It is not a one-click duplicable template link (that upgrade is planned for v2).
